Wes Welker experienced a horrible hit Sunday night by Ryan Clark — watch the video.

Today, some are calling Ryan Clark’s hit on Wes Welker “vicious,” and comparing it to the stuff you see in the worst cartoons.

Wes Welker was knocked out of the game after being leveled late in the third quarter by Pittsburgh safety Ryan Clark, and Wes may have a mild concussion. Word of his condition is unknown, but check the latest news reports about Welker.

My goodness…that’s all I could say when I watched the below Hines Ward hit — which Hines Ward called a “clean hit” — one that broke the jaw of Keith Rivers.

Hines Ward lowered his helmet and plunged it straight into Keith River’s jaw in the video.
